Bianca is our current nanny for our toddler. She's been with us since fall of 2022 after our last caregiver suddenly left. I am beyond grateful we found Bianca. She's become such an integral part of our family and routine. She is incredible with our 14 month old..always two steps ahead. She is patient and a very fast learner. She is also extremely intuitive with the baby, always able to read her cues and emotions. She's also been very flexible with my ever-changing schedule and is willing to change things last minute if needed, which is so helpful. Shes always willing to help us out! It gives me such piece of mind when she's watching our daughter. I would recommend Bianca highly to anyone looking for a kind, patient, punctual, professional, and just plain wonderful nanny or caretaker :)
