Hi, I'm Bianca, a caring and reliable nanny who loves creating fun, structured, and safe days for kids.
I enjoy crafts, playtime, and routines that keep children happy, curious, and engaged.
As an advocate nanny, I value communication, consistency, and making families feel supported.

I'm available now and would love to chat about how I can help your family!

Very good with our 13 month old. Bianca is very confident, easygoing, and patient. She knows a lot of kid songs and is just a nice person.

Bianca is extremely professional and was great with my baby! Highly recommend!

We hired Bianca while on vacation in Miami to care for our two young children (4 months and 16 months), including on New Year’s Eve, and we couldn’t have been more pleased! She arrived on time each night and had prior experience that made her confident and capable of handling two little ones. She followed all of our instructions for feeding and bedtime routines and kept us updated throughout the evening, which was very reassuring.

Despite our 4-month-old being a bit colicky, she managed to soothe him with ease, and we felt completely confident in her care. She also left everything tidy, cleaning up after the kids. While her role was primarily overnight care, she handled everything professionally, including working on a major holiday.

We would highly recommend her for families in need of temporary help in the Miami area!

Bianca is the best!!! Very energetic and caring, my daughter loves her.

Bianca took care of my daughter from ages 3-6 months. She was amazing with her! Our childcare needs changed otherwise would love to still have her as our nanny.

Bianca is super sweet and was so good with our 7mo twins. We will definitely be hiring again!

I highly recommend Bianca, she played beautifully with my toddler and infant

Bianca was very responsive to our communications during the hiring process and was great with my son! I'd love to keep her on as his nanny but we are moving!

Bianca was wonderful and so patient with my two boys, 5 and 3, when she babysat for them. My older son had a really hard time at bedtime and she was very sweet and compassionate. Highly recommend!

Bianca is amazing with my 15 month old! He absolutely loves her. She is very engaging with him and is extremely knowledgeable with babies. She was super flexible with her time and was able to watch him on short notice. We would definitely hire her again in the future.

Bianca was great with our 6-month-old daughter. She was positive, up-beat, and caring. Our daughter was very calm and comfortable with her all day. Bianca was happy to help and easy to work with. I would happily book Bianca again!

Bianca has been working with us and our toddler for three months now, and our little boy absolutely loves her! He wakes up asking for "Dee-anca?" and does a little dance when she is the one to get him out of bed.

Bianca has endless energy and is kind, responsible, and flexible. When our son is sleeping, she does some light cleaning and organizing around our house. She is always thinking up enrichment projects for our son and is helping his language to bloom. She is a strong communicator and very responsive. I highly recommend her!

Bianca watched our 1- and 2-year-old boys overnight so we could enjoy my sister's wedding. It was our first time away from both boys overnight which of course was a little hard, but Bianca did a great job and seemed to intuitively figure out a lot of things on her own - you can tell she is experienced at watching small kids and knows the drill. She even had our baby camera app ready to go on her phone and knew how to use it. She also cleaned up our kitchen which was still a mess from all of the bridesmaids getting ready in our house from earlier in the morning. To top it off, she drove over in the morning to meet the boys and see our house and get the lay of the land, and that was on her own time. Thank you Bianca!

We have worked with Bianca for overnight care of our infant son as well as general evening babysitter. Bianca is fantastic with him - she prioritizes his safety and comfort, is always dependable/on time, and makes sure she knows everything expected of her. We will definitely be working with Bianca more in the years to come.

Bianca was fantastic! We hired her to watch 3 children of different ages during an event we were having. She went with the flow and easily connected with all the kids in a short time. They are still singing one of the songs she taught them a month later! It was our first time leaving our infant with anyone other than family and she quickly put our minds at ease. I would absolutely hire her again.

Bianca was wonderful with our three girls. She was kind and considerate and put our minds at ease when she arrived. She quickly understood everything we needed her support with and our girls had a great time with her! Would hire again :)

Bianca was great! She did night time sitting while my baby slept. Was flexible with our arrival time back. Punctual, communicative and respectful. Would hire again.

We partnered with Bianca earlier this year. She was great, she accommodated to our schedule and tried her best. Below are the things I want to highlight specifically:
1. She was punctual and arrived mostly on time even though we had 7.30am start
2. My son definitely handful and does not warm up to nannies easily, Bianca was able to get him to warm up quickly
3. She was playful and tried to keep my son engaged all times
4. She always dressed nice and clean
5. She had a calm demeanor which help my son to calm down as well.
6. She was flexible with time changes. She very understanding and accommodating when we had to cancel

Bianca came over for one night and she was great! She played with our daughter and shared movie night fun.

Bianca is a great babysitter. She made sure to connect with me and review what was required for the job before the day she babysat. She played games with my two girls, read with them, and even to my surprise she washed the dishes unexpectedly! I would highly recommend her to everyone.
