Our daughter C. was born 3 months early, spent 4.5 months in the NICU, and struggled with feeding. When I went back to work, we needed the exactly right nanny for her, and Bianca has been amazing. Bianca is energetic, loving, intelligent, playful, and caring. She follows all ever-changing instructions we give her to help Catherine eat well and gain weight. She faithfully does her physical therapy exercises. She loves her and cares for her like she would her own child. She has truly been a blessing to our family. I would highly, unabashedly, enthusiastically recommend Bianca to any family of an infant -- particularly a preemie. While we are extremely blessed that C. has no developmental problems, Bianca has helped her eat and eat and eat and play so that she has had the biggest gains of her life! Our daughter is an extremely happy, curious and active baby, and that is in no small part due to Bianca's help. Bianca won the most important job I will ever hire: caring for our beautiful baby girl. I would hire her again and again, and I know she will stay in our lives long past her time as our day-to-day nanny. I simply cannot recommend her enough. She's the best!
