Hi! My name is Bianca, but I tell all of my friends to call me Bee :) I am a former Art Director, looking to make a shift in my career and reach my goals of becoming an elementary school teacher. I've worked with children from the ages of 6 months - 15 years at daycare centers, after school programs, and babysitting. I'm also a full-time mama to a wonderful and happy 2-year-old boy. I'm hoping to find a family that could use full-time care and is open to me bringing my son. He would be my sidekick during the nanny shift. I follow a monthly curriculum to keep my kiddo actively learning in the midst of all the fun. I'd be more than happy to come with a curriculum for your little! I have an art degree, so I love coming up with crafts and short stories for family. I also enjoy photography, libraries, music classes, and nature. Also, everyday MUST have a dance party! I am a big fan of holidays and birthdays, and always making my friends feel special. I hope to connect soon!

Bianca is such a godsend! As a first-time mom, I was nervous to leave my 7-month old all day with anyone for the first time, but her warm spirit and care immediately put me at ease. Bianca took the time to understand our baby’s needs and routines, along with our preferences (i.e. no screens) before she looked after him. While he was with her, she took notes on his day (diapers, feedings, etc.), which was extra reassuring! The first time we went to Bianca, she gave us a tour of her space, which included a 5-star playroom (hello, indoor slide!), classroom setup, and a separate nursery just for the littles she sits/nannies. This environment not only made me feel more comfortable, I was also excited for the fun and safe time I knew my son would have there. Bianca’s toddler son is the cherry on top! He is so friendly and kind. He gently and sweetly interacted with my son from the very beginning with Bianca’s guidance (though I’m not sure he needed it). Especially since I’ve avoided daycare, I was grateful my baby boy got to socialize with such a well behaved little. I would selfishly keep Bianca a secret, but we are sadly moving away soon.
