Bianca watched our son from October to July full time in our home (our son was 10 months when she started and 18 months when she stopped). To say we "hit the jackpot" with Bianca is a huge understatement. Bianca was simply the best. Our son grew to love her like family and thrived under her supervision. Bianca kept him on his routine (feeding and naps) and maximized the time she had with him to ensure he was happy (reading books, singing songs, taking walks, visiting the neighbors, attending storytime, etc. ) and healthy (eating and drinking right, sleeping well, watching him carefully for safety). I was able to go to work each day knowing that our son was in excellent hands with Bianca. Bianca is not only wonderful with children (kind, punctual, alert, thoughtful, energetic, positive) but also a wonderful person in general. We are so lucky to have found Bianca and that our son had the opportunity to be home with her during that time. Thank you, Bianca!
