Hi families! My name is Bianca, and I'm passionate about helping children of all abilities learn, grow, and shine. I spent three years with Rockland BOCES as a Substitute Teaching Assistant and Bus Monitor, supporting students with special needs and gaining hands-on experience adapting to each child's unique learning style. I also hold a B. S. in Speech-Language Pathology, which deepened my understanding of how kids communicate and connect. Currently, I work as a Talent Acquisition Associate for a music company, but I'm excited to return to working directly with children and families.
