About Bharathi

I love dogs and I have cared for many since I was a little kid. Growing up, we had 3 dogs throughout my childhood, followed by fostering whenever I could. I have also completed a few basic pet training sessions by Petco. I look forward to starting this new exciting chapter with dog sitting! I'd describe my personality as empathetic, compassionate, kind. I started working with animals when I was about 5 years old. I've cared for chickens, pigeons, cockatiels, a cat, 3 dogs (our family dogs), 2 long-term foster dogs, and a few short-term foster dogs. In my spare time, I like to read, play piano, play board games with friends, hike, etc. My skills include positive reinforcement training (basic), providing adequate exercise for highly energetic dogs, and dealing with dogs with behavioral issues such as separation anxiety.
