As a caregiver with one year of experience, I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, prepare meals, and offer mobility assistance. I have First Aid Training and some graduate school experience. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I communicate with families through daily reports, texts, or calls, always following their preferred method. Understanding your preferences and personal history is important to me.
