Beverley is so sweet and loves children. She watched over my infant several times in 2018/2019. She put up with my first time mom craziness and let me run an independent background check. That meant giving me her social security number! She didn't mind and just wanted me to be comfortable. We have since moved from NYC, but we would continue to hire her otherwise.

We first met Beverley in early 2019 from seeing her profile on care.com. Since then, we have hired Beverley numerous times to care for our now, 20 month old daughter. Beverley is always easy to reach, responds quickly to text messages, and is punctual. She is very nice and has always conducted herself in a professional manner. Beverley engages our daughter in fun activities, genuinely appears to love children,  and follows direction in anything we ask her to do. Besides being an excellent caregiver to our child, we really like Beverley and enjoy talking with her! We feel very fortunate to have found Beverley on care.com, as she has become a valued person in our lives.

Bev is an outstanding babysitter and person! We first hired her in May 2019 to watch our then 6 month old twins. Since then, Bev had been our go to babysitter. She is great with our daughters - responsible, caring, silly and timely. We trust her implicitly and only have positive things to say about her.

I found her through care.com early in 2019 to do evening babysitting.  We have consistently used her since - she's our go-to sitter every time that we need one.  Our two kids, 4 and 6, love her and I like how she keeps them in line- she's no push-over (unlike some other sitters we've had).  

She also came in the mornings for a week when my husband and I were in Europe and helped to get the kids ready for school and then dropped them off (walking 8 blocks one way and 20 another).  

I can't say enough good things about her.  Maybe don't hire her - otherwise she won't be available when we need her! :)

DO NOT HIRE: SCREAMED AT ME AND MY HUSBAND IN FRONT OF MY 6 MONTH OLD BABY! Careless, Terrible, Disrespectful Nanny! She had been working with me for some time as i tried to see if we were a good fit. Yesterday I had surgery and she was suppose to care for my 6 month old. She walked out on us an hour after I came home from hospital cause she DENIED cleaning up baby pooh that got on his clothes. She had a tantrum threw her bag and lunch on the floor and walked out after yelling at me, my husband with Baby in hand. Don't be deceived by the English accent. Scary experience over all-she is not a good caregiver

Beverley was an absolute gem to work with, and my daughter adored being with her. She is trustworthy and punctual, and I will definitely hire her again the next time we are in the NYC area.

I was so nervous to hire someone to keep my girls while on work/vacation in NYC. Beverley went above and beyond my expectations. The girls and I were sad to see her go. She is funny, well-spoken, smart, and caring. We discussed coming to NYC for vacation more bc we know we can rely on Beverley to help us if needed. Hire Beverley to care for your children. We hired Beverley for two evenings while visiting NYC with our seven month old son. She was lovely & we immediately felt comfortable leaving him with her (a first for us with someone new). I would highly recommend her!!

Beverly is a delight!  We hired Beverly while staying in a hotel in NYC and loved her so much, we used her for several nights. Beverly is the nanny/babysitter you should all be dying to hire. It's the kind of experience and performance you EXPECT when you hire a babysitter. She shows up with games and entertainment, she actually PLAYS with your child instead of plopping them in front of the TV, she is engaging in conversation and beyond trustworthy. Berveley was brilliant! My girl loved her! She would smile to her every time she came! She would sing and play with my little girl! Beverley was starting to look after her when she is 2 months old!

Beverley has watched our 6 month old daughter for date nights. She also loves animals which is a huge bonus. (We have a dog)

Beverley is the best! Always on time, genuinely cares about what she is doing and has never let us down. She comes with maturity, a good sense of humor and most importantly we know our little one is in safe hands. Beverley is professional, has a kind heart and is someone you can trust.

My experience with Beverley has been been wonderful -- she is one of the nicest nannies I've had. She was responsible, trustworthy, and available for last minute requests. She communicated well about the baby's sleep, feedings, mood while I was away. She was warm and sweet with the baby and was creative in her play with him. I would hire her again without reservation and recommend her as a fantastic nanny!

The best person I've hired on care.com to take of my child. She's funny, smart and patient. If I could hire her every time I would!!!

My children have had wonderful experiences with Beverley as their sitter. Bev is game for anything and can handle any situation. She taught my daughter (age 11) how to knit and my son card games. On top of her many Mary Poppins/Mrs Doubtfire skills, Bev also has a way with cats and dogs alike. Very patient and very witty, she is a pleasure to have around!
