I've been a Nursing Assistant, an LPN and now a Registered Nurse since 1971. I've had a number of different experiences. My last job was with a 95yo Lady for 3 1/2 years. I'd describe my personality as Caring, Compassionate, and understanding. I'm composed under pressure and can communicate effectively, I like caring for seniors because I understand the feeling of getting older and at times feeling isolated and lonely. Caring for Seniors has always been rewarding for me. I started caring for seniors when I was 19 years old (55 years ago) working as an Aid, before they had to be Certified. It was hard work with long hours. In my spare time, I like to garden indoors and outdoors and get my hands in the dirt and see my plants growing. One thing you should know about me is I'm a happy person who has a close knit family with my Daughter, Son-in-Law, and two adult Grandchildren. My Sister lives close by.
