About Betty

I am retired RN with 40 years nursing experience. I am seeking part time caregiver position Monday through Thursday any hours between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. I'd describe my personality as caring. I like caring for seniors because they have the ability to teach us a lot. We just need to listen. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to utilize my past nursing experiences while helping someone stay in the home setting. I started caring for seniors when I became a nurse. I have cared for them in hospital setting, rehab, skilled nursing and hospice care. In my spare time, I like to read, sew, visit the beach and spend time with friends and family. One thing you should know about me is I will care for your loved one as I would my own. My skills include active listener, provider of quality care, excellent assessment skills.
