We interviewed Betty for a child care job and she was great. Very friendly, with a good sense of humor, and it's clear she is excellent with kids by the way she interacted with our 6-year daughter, who dropped by to say hello during the call. It ended up not working out simply because Betty lives too far from our location, but I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for good child care.
