Making a positive difference in someone's life is truly what inspires me. I'm deeply passionate about supporting adults and seniors so they can maintain their well-being, comfort, and independence. My approach is always patient, compassionate, and friendly. I take the time to learn each person's preferences, routines, and history because feeling understood and respected matters. I'm able to gently adapt to changing needs, de-escalate stressful moments, and offer steady reassurance during times of confusion. Active listening is at the heart of my care-I want your loved one to always feel seen, heard, and valued. I'm comfortable providing transportation, running errands, offering personal care, preparing meals, and helping with light housekeeping. I also follow any existing care plan, including physical activity and memory-support exercises. I am CPR and First Aid trained, communicate however you prefer, and I'm fully comfortable with pets. I do prefer a non-smoking home environment.
