About Betsy

I like working with kids because it is incredibly rewarding to watch their growth and development and build a trusting relationship with children and their families. I have worked for 8 years in various positions at a Montessori preschool. I started off as a float and worked my way up to an assistant and eventually a lead toddler teacher for children ages 1-3. I am CPR and first aid certified. In college I worked as a nanny for a family with 4 children, primarily caring for the youngest child who was preschool-aged. I have also done work as a nanny/babysitter for many other families for varying periods of time and levels of need.
