About Betsy

Betsy provided home care for my 91 year old mother during the last years of my mother's life when she was suffering from complications from severe rheumatoid arthritis, congestive heart failure and peripheral artery disease. Betsy was my mother's favorite and most trusted caregiver among a team of a dozen caregivers who took care of my mother round the clock in her home. She quickly became the lead person when it came to helping my mother fill out insurance claim forms, pay bills and manage the logistics of my mother's life. Betsy was one of two people to take over when my mother entered her hospice transition in the last few days of her life and was there when my mother passed away. Betsy has impeccable common sense and integrity. She is compassionate and good natured, punctual and hard-working. She is detail-oriented, determined, persistent and indefatigable in dealing with the bureaucracies that older patients such as my mother are forced to navigate to get the proper care.
