Most of my experience with seniors is in caring for my mother as she began to have issues with dementia. I did have one client who I took to doctor's appointments. Most of my experiences as a caregiver are with children and families as I was a teacher for 29 years before taking an early retirement and, more recently, became a nanny. However, my interests have shifted, and I would now like to assist people on the other side of the journey. I am happy to provide companionship and take care of light housekeeping, meal preparation, medicine management, errands, and the like, but prefer not to perform any hands-on care. I have an excellent work ethic as previous employers will confirm.

From the moment I met Beth, I knew that she had all the qualities that I would need in a caregiver. From the start and through to today, Beth has proven that she is both punctual and dependable---assets that ensured me that she would get me to my doctor's appointments on time---some over an hour away. She is a careful driver and fully knowledgeable with a GPS system. As important Beth helps me with meals, light housekeeping, and running errands. Moreover, the time I enjoy with Beth the most is when we sit out on the porch soaking in the sun and sharing stories---that's how I found out that we both worked as teachers! I know that I am lucky that I found Beth.
