Hi! I'm Miss Beth :) (Note: I'm currently only available on Tuesdays and weekends until December!) I've been nannying for 12 years now, with 20+ years of childcare experience. I've always been passionate about early childhood development, and want to help parents give their children the best opportunity to thrive! Newborn to 1 year is my specialty, though I have extensive experience up to age 5. I love engaging kids in (and introducing babies & toddlers to) a variety of activities like sensory play, singing, dancing, crafts, games, & sports! I know baby sign language and non-conversational Spanish, and also have experience in the medical field. Compassion and patience are my strongest qualities, along with attentiveness and creativity. At the moment ideal gigs would be short term (i. e. until baby is old enough for daycare, etc.) Rate negotiable depending on benefits and scope of duties.

We can't say enough great things about Beth! She has been such a joy to have taking care of our infant son (<1 yo), and he LIGHTS UP when he sees her walk through the door everyday! She is constantly playing and teaching, and always has fun activities like singing, playing instruments, dancing, nature walks, playground, reading, & painting to name only a few! I've really appreciated her approach to toys and engagement, where she's turned everyday items like plastic cups into my son's favorite toys. She has helped me select age-appropriate toys and activities and she's really opened my eyes to how to play and engage with my baby. She makes good healthy foods that incorporate fruits, vegetables and whole grains that I can easily serve him later. She's clearly passionate about child development and draws on her extensive experience in childcare to create a fun and dynamic environment. We would hire her 1000 times more if we could.
