About Beth

Hello! My name is Beth, and caring for older adults has been a meaningful part of my nursing career for over 20 years. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and am a Certified Case Manager. My experience includes serving as Director of an Alzheimer's/Dementia community and Director of Nursing overseeing eight assisted living communities. I have extensive experience with Primary Care, Nephrology, Cardiology, medication reconciliation, care coordination, and supporting families through healthcare transitions. I especially enjoy helping older adults transition safely and comfortably home after a hospital or rehabilitation stay. I am CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) trained and understand the importance of recognizing changes in condition. Most importantly, I provide care with patience, compassion, dignity, and respect.
