I have much experience with elder care. My mother had lung cancer and my father had dementia. Recently I took care of two lady's, one who is 91 and the other 93. I also worked in a retirement facility as a licensed hairdresser. I helped with transportation to and from my shop. I have a lot of patience for those with limited abilities. I was also a certified teacher for special needs children which included helping with bathroom and other hygiene needs. I'm now retired from teaching but would like to work outside a classroom in order to help with the elderly, as that is where my heart now lies. I have references from two previous ladies I cared for. A few months ago, one passed away and the other moved to the other side of the mountains. They were very pleased with my care. They have graciously provided a review on my profile on care. com.

Beth stepped in during a difficult time with both parents needing care. One with Dementia and other with end of life medical issues. She drove to appointments, provided meal prep, light housekeeping, monitored medication all while being kind and compassionate during my parents time of need. My Father has passed and my Mother will be going into memory care. Definitely call Beth if you’re in need of assistance.
