My experience goes far beyond traditional childcare. I've cared for children from infancy through the teen years, supported individuals with special needs & seniors, and taught early childhood & special education. I spent many years as a Nanny/Household Manager for one family, watching their children grow up & head off to college while managing household staff, schedules, activities, events & supporting grandparents and a special-needs uncle. I've also worked with families to strengthen parent-child communication, mentored a teen mom & helped lead a 12-step teen recovery program. I'm comfortable with learning support, routines, organization, appointments, baby prep & special projects. I tend to notice what needs doing before being asked. Every family is different, so I listen, learn your family & respect your priorities.
