She has been an incredible nanny for our daughter from 6 to 18 months, and she has truly become part of our family. We are transitioning to preschool so our daughter can have more social interaction and a structured learning environment. “Nana,” as our daughter calls her, cares for her with so much love, patience, and attention. I work from home and have had the chance to hear their day-to-day interactions, and it has been so reassuring to know she is in such nurturing and capable hands. She is always thoughtful about our daughter’s development, introducing new activities, encouraging good habits and manners, and supporting her independence while still making her feel safe and supported.
