Hello! My name is Beth. I have my Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University and my Bachelor's degree from University of Pittsburgh. I have 15 years of child care experience (7 in NYC and 4 as a Nanny in Brooklyn). When babysitting, I enjoy spending time outdoors, doing craft projects and having fun. Every child is different and I love planning activities that will keep children engaged and build upon those interests. I like to cook and will make sure your child is eating healthy, delicious meals and snacks. Additionally, I have worked with children with allergies before and know how to use inhalers and Epipens in the case of an emergency.

Beth started babysitting with us when our two girls were ages 2 and 4, and we've hired her for occasional babysitting over these last two years. Our girls are now ages 4 and 6, and they still adore her! Beth has very creative ideas to keep our girls engaged (craft projects, tea parties, etc.) and also has great energy to take the girls to playgrounds, organizing play dates with friends, etc. She also is punctual, very responsible, and sets clear expectations for the girls. I've also really appreciated the many ways she consistently goes the extra mile - sending photos of the girls to me at work, etc. She has our highest recommendation!
