About Beth

After watching my maternal grandmother's decline from Alzheimer's over 10-15 years, followed by my paternal grandfather's death a few years later (both in their late 90s), I've found a deep appreciation for this stage of life. I've experienced not only what it does to the aging body and mind but also how it affects the children/grandchildren and relationships. I'm not the type of person to talk your ear off, but I do love to listen and have oodles of patience and kindness to give. I love to cook and read, happy to do some light housework, and open to excursions if conditions allow. I am currently trained/certified as a holistic health coach, wellness recovery action plan coach, and in mental health first aid. I have previously also been certified in first aid and CPR and would be willing to re-certify.
