Bethany has been a friend of mine for 3 years. In the last 2 years she has been my personal trainer while I have been on a weight loss journey. She is an excellent motivator and encourager. I have been able to achieve many goals because she has never lost faith in me and never let me lose sight of the goal and made it feel like fun instead of something I didn't want to do. When something didn't work she recalculated my plan and started again. I think she would instill this in anyone she was taking care of.
