Hi all! I enjoy working with kids because I'm patient, observant, and naturally supportive. I like creating an environment where kids feel secure, understood, and encouraged to be themselves while learning and developing. I am drawn to working with kids because early experiences matter so much. I take pride in being a positive, steady influence and helping children feel confident, respected, and safe. I'm looking for a job that will be provided in my own home In Wilton. I started working with kids when I was in college. I was a nanny for many years and then when I became a mom I opened my own license daycare in my home. My top childcare skills are nurturing care, emotionally attunement, deep hands-on experience, and strong judgment and consistency. I create a safe, supportive environment for children, and my background as a longtime nanny, licensed daycare owner, and mother of three gives me the ability to handle a wide range of ages, behaviors, and needs with confidence.
