About Bethany

Hi! You're looking for a caregiver and I'm looking for a chance to give care - I hope we'll be match. I go by Bee, I'm currently a part-time early childhood educator and full-time college student. I attend University of Maryland Global Campus and I'm majoring history and political science. I work at Greenspring Montessori School and have fallen in love with the Montessori philosophy for raising, educating, and caring for children. I've been involved in childcare for over 10 years. First in babysitting, then as a church nursery attendant, as a volunteer in Civil Air Patrol, a teaching program culminating in a teaching internship through high school and now as an early childhood educator. I am first-aid/AED/CPR certified, a certified paraprofessional, and recently received my 90-hour preschool certification.
