About Bethany

I've been caring for and teaching children for more than 30 years, most recently as a nanny and postpartum doula. I love children of all ages but would consider my specialty to be infants and toddlers -- I'm educated in early child development, sleep and feeding support, early language development, and developmental milestones. I love reading and singing with children, getting down to their level on the floor and exploring toys together, and taking walks and other adventures outdoors. As a former teacher of grades 3-12, I'm also confident caring for older children, supporting an appropriate level of independence while also overseeing schoolwork and ensuring adequate supervision during play and activities.
