About Bethany

I offer elder care, light housekeeping & meal prep, and warm companionship. I bring deep, attentive presence to each client. I have experience in end-of-life care (non-medical hospice) and sitting with people who may be in pain or other distress. Over the past decade my day job has been in engineering, but I have also worked as a tutor, and volunteered with HHAK, youth STEM education, CASA (mentorship and legal advocacy for foster youth), and gained experience in crisis de-escalation and other interpersonal work. I have received several trainings in trauma-informed care. My rates are sliding-scale. I'd love to have a quick phone call to see if we may be a good fit.
