I have been a caregiver for over 7 years and have worked with all age ranges, although I have the most experience with newborns to age 5. I have cared for twins/multiples and with children that have different learning styles. Working with Spanish bilingual families has always been enjoyable as well. Caregiving can be a delicate balance between parents, nannies, and children, but with good communication, honesty, and accountability, it is worth the effort to help a child learn about the world around them from different perspectives in a happy and safe environment. Childcare for me relies on kindness, patience, gentleness, and teaching mutual respect.
