About Bethanie

My name is Beth and I adore caring for children. I am currently seeking a position in a private household that will allow me to employ my experience, skills, and personal assistance to enrich the lives of both the children and their parents. I am currently employed as an Administrative Assistant at Log Home Repair in Nashville, NC. I am recently married and help care for and raise my nephew who is 4 years old. I graduated with my high school diploma in 2010 from Rocky Mount Preparatory school. I went on to complete my two years of prerequisites at Nash Community College. In June of 2013 I enrolled in a private dental school named NC Dental U in Greenville, NC. I completed the course with my DAI certification in the fall of the same year. Trying my very best to find a job in the dental career, I ended up having no luck as everyone who applied along with me had more experience. I applied for and began working at PNC Bank in Rocky Mount, NC as a part time teller. I thoroughly enjoyed the job, however, I eventually needed a full time position. With no positions available at the bank, I decided to apply for my current job and got hired almost immediately. I have now been here since March of 2014 and have made the decision to switch careers to something I am more passionate about. Since I can remember, I have always had a deep connection with children. I feel I have the ability to understand them more than most people. As I stated before, I learned a lot from helping raise my nephew since he was a newborn. I am very comfortable with infants and toddlers. I grew up around a lot of animals. There was never a time we did not have at least 2 dogs and a cat in the house. Therefore, I will gladly care for and love your pets as much as your child. I take a lot of pride in myself and the work I do. I have very high standards on work ethics and morals. I am always on time, and have not missed a day of work in over a year. My goal is be a positive influence on you and your child's life. Thank you for your consideration!
