My college degree equipped me with a solid foundation, and I continually refine my skills. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, and prepare meals. I am patient, calm, compassionate, friendly, and approachable. I understand the importance of clear communication, so I provide verbal updates and follow the family's preferred method. I strive to understand each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I am also experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I am also trained in First Aid.
