Bertha was all around a fantastic babysitter. She had prompt and clear communication, was very flexible with us, and clearly has excellent experience caring for children. She was amazing with our 3 year old daughter the first time they met, and put her at ease right away. We were so happy and had great peace of mind while she was with our children and we went out. She was able to calm our daughter down and get her back to sleep when she woke up from sleep asking for us. She sent us a timely update while we were out and did not need any help. She did a fantastic job and we are excited about the next time we can have her watch our kids!
