Carmen is such a gem! We have worked with her for the last 8 months. Our 3 kids (now 4.5, 3, 9 months) all adore her. She is patient, kind, hard working, fun, punctual, and very intelligent. We now consider her family. Sadly, we must let her go as my husband's job is relocating us to DC. We are so grateful that she speaks Spanish as our kids (and us) have learned so much from her! She is not to be missed.
