About Bernice

My name is Bernice. I'd describe my personality as lively, spontaneous, honest, and charismatic. I like working with kids because I think they're very interested and intelligent beings and talking to them often sparks a new perspective of something. I also love how light hearted kids are. I'm looking for a job that respects me and my beliefs, is understanding of my schedule, lets me build a good trusting relationship with them and their child. I haven't ever officially worked with kids but I have 2 younger siblings and 4 nieces/nephews and I baby sat them for an entire year and prepped them for pre-k. In my spare time, I like to sing, play piano and violin, bake, cook, and be in nature. One thing you should know about me is that I am a born and raised Christian and I am actively involved in my faith so many of my morals and core beliefs stems from that. However, I would never try to force that on anyone. My skills include teaching and I am actively getting CPR and first aid certified.
