Bernice has had a special ability (honed with extensive experience) to read people and deliver what is needed at that time, for that person. Her intuition is spot on and her compassion is boundless. Bernice has cared for my mother (senior and early stages of dementia) who was initially resistant to care. Bernice managed instantly to charm my mother into complete love! I was amazed and awed by how quickly the two bonded and how much Bernice has already meant to our family. She is synonymous with independence for her patients, utterly competent care for their needs, and peace of mind for families, something we have needed for longer than we understood. We remain grateful.
