Bernice has cared for my parents with advanced stage dementia over the last two years . She is an incredible care giver, compassionate , professional, she has never missed a scheduled shift, working nights , holidays etc to mange the care that was needed … her first priority is patient care ! In addition she was a very calming presence for our family during a very difficult time …we were very fortunate to have her caring for our parents !
