Bernice was great. She was very accommodating, nice, and she did a great job for me. I would definitely hire her again and recommend her to anyone that needs assistance.  

Regretfully, I could only give Bernice five stars I’d give her 10 if we were able to. Bernice took care of my father for the final months of his life with such compassion, determination and love.  
Bernice not only took care of Dad but also took great care with my mother and myself.

She is a very loving, knowledgeable,   compassionate caregiver. Kept very accurate records of medicine doses and activities other patient. 

Bernice was a very good caregiver for my mom.  She looked forward to Bernice staying with her.  Was very compassionate and caring.  Did not have to worry about anything when Bernice was there.  Brought her snacks, made sure she took her medicine and ate her meals.  Bernice was a god send.

Bernice was truly a God Send for our family! We found ourselves in a very difficult position needing help for mom with everything from housekeeping and meals to very tricky insulin needs. Bernice met every one of those challenges with a smile and a can do perspective. As Mom's needs progressed, Bernice continued to support us all. Our messaging group is called "Mom's Angels" because that is truly how we feel about Bernice's care for our mom. Through this messaging we got daily updates that go above and beyond the call of duty such as "We had a good walk around the barn today. Mom is really enjoying the puzzle we're doing. Mom seems a little blue today. Could one of you give her a call?" There are not enough words to effectively express the gratitude I have for Bernice coming into our lives. If your family is lucky enough to have Bernice help with your family, you will know the peace, comfort, and joy Bernice brought to mom and our family. She is a true Blessing!

Bernice has been amazing - we hired her for part time care for my dad who has dementia and it was a godsend. She is so loving, patient and attentive, and really helped ease the family burden with tasks that were getting difficult, like hygiene and personal care. My dad took to her right away; her warm and friendly personality really helped him and everyone in the house feel better each day she came. My dad just transitioned to a nursing home because he needed 24-hour support, but the help she gave us at home as we got ready for this time was impossible to measure.

An amazing person.  Intelligent, thoughtful and we'll qualified.  Competent, organized. She new what to expect and how to take care of me.

Bernice has been a godsend for my family. She took great care of my Mom until she passed and is continuing that great care with my Dad. I have nothing but great things to stay about the care provided, the texts with updates, calls, etc. I would not want anyone else but Bernice to care for my loved ones.

My mom was 82 and receiving chemotherapy. My mom loved having Bernice drive her to another town for treatment while Bernice held her hand and guided her through the process. My mom 'loved' Bernice. When my mom passed from Covid complications, Bernice was there waiting to assist us in anyway. She is a family member now.

Bernice is very professional and experienced with senior care, she has a kind heart and takes her job very serious. We appreciate everything she does for our family. 
She offers peace of mind for our family and to my uncle who she provides care for. It was hard to find someone my uncle would trust but he took to Bernice right away, she not only provides care but she provides a friendship with my uncle. When Bernice is not caring for my uncle she is helping my mother prepare for the next day and helping her get things done around the house we can't say enough wonderful things about Bernice she was a God sent. Our family would highly recommend Bernice to any family needing home healthcare.
