About Bernice

Hi there! My name is Bernice, and I'm a recent graduate at Muhlenberg College, where I have a major in Finance and minor in Business Administration, and am from the Bronx, NY. I have 4+ years of experience in the care of children and animals since high school. For the past three years, I have care for two girls (ages 5 and 7) at my college town. I was also a full-time camp counselor at Ramapo Country Day Camp, where I supervised a group of 15 very adorable 4-year-old girls. I scheduled activities for the day, assisted with meals, swimming, and changing. Last year I studied abroad in Paris, I was part of a Global Leadership Certificate program by completing 15+ hours volunteering at a children's center. I helped facilitate leading art and cooking workshops, creative play, and helped organize language exchange programs with refugee children, building my skills at engaging children from different cultures.
