Bernard is the truest definition of the word Blessing. He has been with us for a few months and has made the biggest impact with my dad who is suffering from Dementia at the early age of 69 years old. Bernard keeps my dad engaged and active by going for walks, taking him to play sports and having him paint, something my dad has NEVER done. My dad is always happy when Bernard comes through the door because he gets to hang out with his buddy. This allows my mom to get a break as she is the primary care giver. We have no worries or concerns when Bernard has my dad. We know he is in great hands and that is a true blessing when dealing with this type of disease. He just goes above and beyond.
