The opportunity to support someone's well-being and independence is a true passion of mine. My experiences in adult and senior care, especially as a live-in caregiver for a man with Cerebral Palsy, have profoundly shaped my life. For about 3-4 years, I helped him day to day. It is one of the highest callings in this life. I live to serve and help those in need to live a better life. As a Certified Home Health Aide with a college degree and three years of experience, I provide transportation, run errands, shop, provide light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I am patient, compassionate, friendly, and adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I always follow the family's preferred communication method, offering verbal updates and regular check-ins. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when connecting with those in my care. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my skills and caring spirit to your family.
