Lissa, has a very high degree of competence in her care, is strong but very gentle and was a huge help for me and my failing wife who needed just about everything done for her. During my wifes last days on hospice, Lissa stayed at the house to help 24/7 helped convince hospice that more needed to be done to reduce breathing rate and heart rate. Her experience proved invaluable. She is always upbeat, always showed up and saw what needed to be done immediately and did it. Nothing phased her. She kept all medications coming, reordering as needed and was able to assist with type 1 diabetic insulin pump, so that I could leave for the day. Grab this one for your loved one as she can help from where they are all the way to end of life.
