Such as developing Individualized Service Plan (ISP), conduct monthly visits, provides advocacy, assist with obtaining and maintaining benefits, maintain a caseload as assigned, assist with coverage as needed, submit all required reports and documentations to various agencies, assures clients and families satisfaction in services, maintain necessary billing of services, performed all duties with the compliance of State and City policies and regulations, assist clients to obtain desired services and choice activities as well as assist clients with their career and professional development.
