We hired Bernadette before knowing we would be delivering a medically-complex baby. Despite all the challenges, Bernadette stepped up to the plate with a positive attitude and was willing to do whatever was necessary to help our little one along his way. Bernadette took the time and effort to learn his feeding machine and quickly became well-informed of how to use it and the supplies that came with it. She was a tremendous help when it came time to sleep train our infant. She is very organized, tidy, and punctual. She is able to take all instructions and create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment and routine for our child. She has been a great support to our family and I highly recommend Bernadette to anyone seeking out childcare!
