We had hired Bensy for senior care for my husband with MS. We explained how important it was for her to be dependable. She assured us she was. We hired her starting Dec 1 for 3 times a week. She actually showed 7 of the 15 days in Dec. In Jan we had another discussion with her stressing dependability. She showed 1 of 3 times for January. At that point we had to termination our relationship. We really liked her but were extremely disappointed in her reliability.
