About Ben

Hi! I'm currently in school working toward becoming a teacher and love creating positive, supportive environments where kids can grow and feel confident. I've worked with families and through park district recreation programs, giving me experience with a variety of ages and needs. I enjoy becoming a consistent part of a family's routine-helping with homework, planning activities, and supporting daily schedules while encouraging kids to reach their goals. I value building genuine, lasting connections that continue beyond our time together. I'm creative, flexible, and happy to adapt to each family's needs. I'm looking for full-time work over the summer and would love to continue during the school year in a part-time role that fits my class schedule.
