Benna was a wonderful caregiver to our daughter from the time she was 7 months old until she was 17 months old. She is dependable, punctual, warm, and formed a bond with our daughter almost immediately. She was an exceptional caregiver through every stage, from infant to toddler. Benna always made sure our daughter spent plenty of time outdoors, encouraged her independence, reinforced a consistent routine, and brought a positive energy each day. She thoughtfully supported our daughter's learning and development and was always eager to take her to age-appropriate activities. Benna was also a fantastic partner to us as parents. She communicated proactively, was consistently reliable, and always provided plenty of notice whenever she needed time off. We had complete confidence leaving our daughter in her care and knew she was safe and well cared for.
