About Benna

We were so lucky to have Benna care for our 18-month-old daughter four days a week over the past two months, and she was truly incredible. From the start, Benna not only respected how important our daughter’s routine was, but also suggested thoughtful adjustments that actually improved her overall schedule. We’re a screen-free family with a very active toddler who needs constant engagement throughout the day, and Benna met her energy with ease. She kept her stimulated with endless enriching activities and took her on daily mini-adventures — from exploring different parks to visiting the library and more — which we so appreciated. Benna was exceptionally communicative, sending regular updates and sweet photos that gave us complete peace of mind. Her experience with toddlers is clear — she understands how they operate and is deeply in tune with their needs. She also supported so many developmental milestones, from potty curiosity to learning the alphabet to safely holding hands on busy NYC streets. She was always on time, and flexible when we needed her to be, like meeting us at a pediatrician's appointment midday. Most importantly, we never had to worry — we knew our daughter was in the best, most capable hands. While our time with Benna was short-term, we’ll absolutely be hiring her again whenever we need childcare. She’s a gem.
