I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My previous babysitting experiences were so positive that I decided to become a caregiver. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, which helps me connect well with children of all ages. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in transparency and open dialogue. I provide written daily reports and follow their preferred communication method to ensure they're always informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules by following the parents' lead and expectations. Regarding activities, I love playing outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and puzzles with the children in my care. With two years of experience, I'm confident in caring for up to four children, ranging from newborns to 11-year-olds. I'm also fluent in both English and Spanish. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and am always learning and growing in my childcare journey.
