Mrs. B. has been caring for our two-year old son for almost a year. My husband and I met Mrs. B. while looking for a nanny, specifically to pick our son up from day care and look after him for 2 to 3 hours a day, five days a week. As full time working parents with a sometimes unpredictable schedule, Mrs. B. was more than willing to be flexible and look after our son with the care and love we expected.
