I have worked in childcare for 3 years now. I am also CPR certified. I am able to manage babysitting children from newborn to 10 years old by being adaptable, organized, and attentive to each child's individual needs. For newborns and infants, I focus on maintaining a calm and safe environment, following feeding and sleeping schedules, and providing gentle care and attention. With toddlers and older children, I create a structured routine that includes meals, playtime, learning activities, and rest, while also encouraging creativity and positive behavior. I stay patient and calm in all situations, and I'm always alert to ensure their safety. By communicating clearly with both the children and their parents, and by being prepared for anything from diaper changes to homework help, I'm able to provide consistent, loving, and reliable care across all age groups.
