Bella is the best family helper we have ever worked with. She worked with us for a year as a "before school" helper. Always punctual and reliable - she called in sick maybe once in a whole year, maybe. She learned the family routine very quickly and functioned independently right away. She bonded with the kids, was really nice but firm and was able to get them out the door in time every morning. She is efficient and gets all her tasks done in a short amount of time. She drove our kids to school. She even picked up extra chores around the house when we needed extra help. She is going back to school and her schedule won't allow her to continue working with us, but she's a true gem and we would hire her again in a heartbeat!
