About Bella

Hi! My name is Bella and I'm a psychology graduate and native Brooklynite, currently studying to go to nursing school to work in child & adolescent psychology. I have four years of direct childcare experience (nannying/babysitting) with kids from 0-7 & have worked with older kids in a variety of mentorship programs through the years as a college student and afterwards. I'd describe my personality as energetic, kind, and confident. I like working with kids because they remind me that there's still silliness and fun in the world even in dark times. Plus, I like a lot of the same activities that kids do - I love to draw, dance, play games, and be messy! I started working with kids as a college student in 2021. I started with a family of 2 (ages 3 and 7) in Boston, and now have worked for the past two years in NYC with a family of 3 (ages 5, 2. 5, and 18months). In my spare time, I like to bake, knit, bike, and go hiking and camping.
